We manufacture the brass jewelry by our private factories as well as our 200+ best brass jewelry partner factories. All the products are selected and sold at factory prices.

Recommend Strategy

• As we manufacture huge different brass designs and styles, instead of choosing them randomly, we strongly recommend you to find your own style suitable for your customer as your product line.
• Our product names and descriptions are written by Chinese people (Thanks to Ruby Luo) and are the most basic, plain ones. We recommend changing the product names to more attractive ones according to your jewelry conception and brand.
• Generally, the recommended retail price of our products is our price multiply 5 if less than $10, and multiply 4 if more than $10.
• Please Note: All earrings come with rubber earring backs by default, unless otherwise stated on the product page as metal earring backs. If you have any special requirements, feel free to let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs!

The Wholesale Price 

All the wholesale prices are shown on the product page. The more quantities, the more discounts. There are no hidden member prices.

Generally, the price for ordering items over 10 pieces is the factory bulk manufacturing price. Furthermore, if you order over $1500USD for a single style-color-size at one time, we'll requote due to the cost-saving of bulk manufacture.

Order Fulfillment

● 2 business days processing time after payment cleared if items are in stock.
● Around 7 - 20 days manufacture & processing time after payment cleared if items are not in stock.

Shipping Insurance

● The shipping insurance fee is 1.0%.
● There's no shipping insurance for your package for the current price
● We strongly recommend you buy the shipping insurance for a large package.

Shipping & Handling

● We ship worldwide.
● We ship wholesale orders via DHL/UPS/FedEx/TNT.
● The shipment cost will be calculated as the actual weight. The current shipment option will be sent according to the courier company.
● DHL/UPS/FedEx/TNT ( 5 - 10 days, around $28 USD for 1st 1kg + $12 for next 1kg )
● Economic Express ( 7 - 15 days, around $18 USD for 1st 1kg + $10 for next 1kg )

Order Process

1. You place an order at brassjewel.com
2. We prepare the package in 2 days if in stock, 7 - 10 days if regular manufacture is needed.
3. We prepare the documentation ( Declaration label and Purchase Invoice ) for the Customs, ship out the package, and send you tracking number notification to your email.
4. The package arrives at the Customs of your country. It will be checked by Customs and released if taxes are cleared. The tax will be levied according to "Declaration Value" and Purchase Invoice on the documentation we prepared in step 3.
5. The package arrives at your door. Please keep your phone available.

Tax

Please Note:
1. Any taxes ( including but not limited to Custom Tax, VAT) levied by the buyer's country are the buyer's responsibility. Please make sure the tax is levied in your country before you place an order.
2. There might be a tax transaction fee charged by DHL, UPS, or other express courier companies in your country (especially Canada). We don't responsible for these kinds of tax transaction fee either.
3. If you are a reselling company, please do fill in the Tax ID/EORI/VAT ID of your company to avoid the sale tax.
4. You can select the Declaration Value at check out. Generally, the tax will be calculated by Claim Value when the package comes through Customs.

Payment

● Full payment including shipping must be cleared when orders are confirmed. Then the order will be produced and shipped.
● T/T, Credit Card, Paypal, Bank Transfer, Western Union, Alipay are all available. L/C is acceptable if a single order is more than $100,000. Please refer to Payment Information for details.
● The transaction fee if any must be paid by the buyer due to the small margin of the wholesale price. Please be advised Paypal/Credit card will charge a transaction fee (4.4%) at receiver's side.

Return & Refund

For the jewelry products in stock, you can return the items in 30 days in original condition without the reason provided. You need to pay for the return shipping cost if there's no quality defect.
For the jewelry need to be manufactured, please be advised once payment is cleared and the manufacturing process is started, the order are not returnable or refundable unless the products have a quality defect. If you are not sure about the quality of the real product, We encourage you to order a small number of samples.
