Taxes & Import Duties

All orders are shipped from our China warehouse within 1–3 business days and can be tracked online after dispatch.

Please note: Depending on your country's customs policy, you may be responsible for additional import taxes such as VAT, customs duties, or sales tax. Brassjewel does not collect or cover these fees.

If you require a Tax ID, company name, or other information printed on the shipping label, please specify it in the comment section during checkout.

Important Notice

Brassjewel ships under FOB terms:

• 1. If you purchase shipping insurance, we fully cover lost packages (refund or resend).
• 2. If no insurance is purchased, the buyer bears the risk of package loss.

Please be aware that declaring a low parcel value might reduce import duties but increases the risk of customs interception. Brassjewel is not liable if the package is held or seized by customs due to low declaration.

Available Shipping Methods

1. ePacket

An economy shipping method upgraded from China Post. After 3–5 business days of processing in China, parcels are handed over to your local postal service (e.g., USPS, Royal Mail, Australia Post).

Estimated delivery: 15–25 days (may vary due to customs clearance, holidays, or weather). Not recommended for orders over $200.

Available in: US, UK, Japan, Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Russia, and more.

2. USPS

For US customers only. Orders are shipped to a US dispatch center within 1–3 days, then delivered via USPS in 2–4 business days.

3. Australia Post

For Australian customers. Orders are transferred to the Australia dispatch center in 1–3 days and then shipped via Australia Post in 2–4 business days.

4. La Poste (France)

For mainland France only (excludes overseas territories and military zones). Orders ship to a local French dispatch center in 1–3 days, then delivered via La Poste within 2–4 business days.

5. DHL Express

DHL offers reliable express shipping at discounted rates (40–60% off standard prices). Estimated delivery in 3–7 business days for major cities worldwide.

Note: DHL may charge extra for remote areas. Check if your address is remote using this list.
