If you are a high-end/top-level/luxury jewelry brand, we'll plan the manufacture with top standard - from design, casting, filing to finish, the same as top luxury brands do.

Here are what we are capable of.

1. Experienced aesthetic 3D CAD design using Rhino Gold / Zbrush / JewelCAD and built aesthetic and detailed 3D design model.
2. State-of-the-art technology for building jewelry: direct metal printing, or batch 3D model printing manufacturing without rubber mold. Keep the final jewelry sharp and accurate as a design.
3. Top PVD Gold / Rhodium / Palladium / Ruthenium Plating up to 5 microns - Same as top luxury brands, which maintain the high feel and extreme durability of jewelry and will continue to be worn frequently for at least over 3 years.
4. Various molding methods such as lost wax rubber, hydraulic pressure, punching, laser carving mold, 3D sculpture by five-Axis CNC machine.

There is no charge for pre-design service. After we discussed based on the pre-design document, if everything is okay, we will proceed to sample making.

Here are our payment terms for the next steps,

• Sample Making: Full payment needs to be cleared before 3D design.


• Bulk Manufacturing: 50% payment including shipping must be cleared before manufacture starts. Then the rest 50% payment must be cleared before shipment


• T/T, Paypal, Western Union, Alipay are all available for your option. L/C is acceptable If a single order is more than $100,000.

Please note the transaction fee if any must be paid by the buyer as the small margin of the manufacturing price. Please be advised Paypal/Credit card will charge a transaction fee at the receiver's side.

Pre-Design:

Takes 1 - 2 days

3D Model Design:

Takes 2 - 4 days after pre-design confirmed.
3D Model Design will start after the sample-making fee is cleared.

Jewelry Sample:

Takes approximately 10 - 20 business days after 3D model design confirmed

Bulk Production:

Takes approximately 15 - 25 business days after jewelry sample confirmed

DHL-Shipping:

Takes 3 - 7 business days

Sample-making Fee

The general sample-making fee is around US$60 - US$200. The sample-making fee varies as the complexity of your design. It includes the follows,

1. 3D Model Design (CAD)
2. Raw Model
3. Production Rubber Mold (if applicable)
4. Two jewelry samples (one kept for future production, one sent to you to check the quality)

Product Unit Cost

We will give you estimated prices in the pre-design. The precise item cost will be calculated after the jewelry sample is completed. The final item cost is composed of the below parts,

1. Labor Cost = by design and craftsmanship complexity
2. Silver Cost = by jewelry weight and international silver price
3. Plating Cost = by plating thickness

There's no minimum quantity restriction for making a sample.

The minimum quantity for manufacturing the product at a wholesale price is 50 pieces per sample.

Please note, the MOQ is not an absolute limitation for production, it is just the minimum quantity for the best cost-production strategy we suggest by our experience. We can also start manufacturing if less than 50 pieces but the total cost can hardly be lowered.

For closed ring, the minimum quantity for manufacturing the product at a wholesale price is 50 pieces per ring size.

No. Please be advised custom samples or bulk manufacture products can't be refund or returned as they can't be resell to other customers. If there's any quality problem, we'll keep revise it for free until you are satisfied.

Sure. We are capable of plating with the following materials,

1. Silver Plating
2. Rhodium Plating
3. 0.015µm-5µm Yellow Gold Plating: 9K yellow gold/10K yellow gold/14K yellow gold/18K yellow gold/24K yellow gold
4. 0.015µm-5µm Rose Gold Plating
5. Ruthenium Plating

Sure. The gold vermeil plating stands for the plating thickness is over 2.5 microns. We can do top PVD Gold / Rhodium / Palladium / Ruthenium Plating up to 5 microns - same as top luxury brands, which maintain the high feel and extreme durability of jewelry and can be worn frequently for at least over 3 years.

No, bulk manufacture is not mandatory. If you don't think it's worth the bulk manufacture, you don't need to continue.
