30-Day No-Questions-Asked Return Policy

At Brassjewel®, we take pride in the quality of every brass jewelry product we offer. If you decide to cancel or return your order within 30 days of receipt, simply return the item(s), and we will issue a full refund. For details, please refer to the Return Procedure section below.

Note: Refunds are currently processed via PayPal or Payoneer only.


Return Shipping Cost Covered in the Following Cases

(I) Manufacturing Defect

If you receive an item with a confirmed manufacturing defect, please contact us to initiate the return. Our quality team will assess whether the issue qualifies as a production defect.

Important:
- Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or improper maintenance is not considered a manufacturing defect.
- Natural inclusions or impurities in gemstones are not defects, but rather unique characteristics of natural stones.

(II) Item Not as Described

If the received item differs from the specifications listed in our product description or technical sheet, you are entitled to request a return.

Please specify which parameter does not match the original description.

Kindly Note:
- Color differences may occur due to lighting or display settings.
- Product images may be enlarged to show detail. Brass jewelry, especially fine pieces, tend to be smaller in size compared to fashion accessories. Please confirm dimensions before ordering if unsure.

We will respond with a solution promptly, as customer satisfaction is our top priority.

- Delays during public holidays or customs clearance are beyond our control, but we will do our best to assist you.


Non-Refundable Conditions

We are unable to issue refunds in the following situations:

  • Product is damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or lack of proper care.
  • Jewelry is exposed to corrosive substances or harsh chemicals (e.g., brass cleaners, chlorine, hot tubs, spas, etc.), which may affect the appearance of brass or gemstones.

How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return, please contact us at service@brassjewel.com within 30 days of receiving the item. Your email should include the following:

Email Body: (Optional – if you’re requesting return shipping reimbursement) Include the reason for return. Photos or videos are helpful and appreciated.

Packaging Instructions:
- Ensure the item is returned in original condition.
- If the original packaging is unavailable, use a strong box with sufficient padding.

After review, our finance team will process your refund within 3 business days.
